Your home will be placed in the Realtosr MLS for up to 1 year where over 50,000 Realtor agents covering Cook and the collar counties will be able to show their buyers your property.
In addition to placing your home on the Realtors MLS, your home will be marketed on 6 major Real Estate websites(Realtor.com, Chicagotribune.com, Yahoo.com, Homeadvisor.com, Homeseekers.com, Homes.com, plus another 50 sites such as New York Times, AOL , Wall Street Journal etc… ).

Another value added service is we can put photos on all Web sites:Realtor.com, Chicago Tribune.com , Yahoo.com, Homeadvisor.com, Homeseekers.com, Homes.com and 9 pictures on the MLS just for agents to review.

You will have a Select A Fee Real Estate "For Sale" sign placed in front of your property (if laws permit).

National Association of Realtors tell us that 77% of buyers don't even look at properties if it doesn't have a visual tour. Buyers want to save time and they want see more than just the front of your home. We enhance your property for all to see by providing a Visual Tour on our Web Sites. You can pay $249 at time of listing and save $50 dollars or we collect a $299 at closing your choice.Example tours

Since you retain the right to sell your home at any time, we encourage you to hold open houses to look for your own buyer. We will even place your personally hosted open house on Realtor.com, ChicagoTribune.com and Selectafee.com site for buyers to contact you directly. Your Open House will also be placed in the MLS for agents to be aware just in case they have buyer for your home. If you do find a buyer we'll provide you a contract for your use to enter into agreement with the buyer you found. REMEMBER if you find the buyer you don't pay a Buyer's Broker fee.

YOU schedule all of your showing appointments with Realtor buyer agents and your own buyers. Your name and phone nuber will be placed in the Realtor MLS for the Realtor buyer agents to contact you directly.

REDUCED BUYER BROKER COMMISSION- We also try to sell your home and if we find a buyer for you home we only charge a Flat Fee of 2% of the sales price. Not 3 to 5% like other Brokers do. Again you save more money by using our service and we never do DUAL AGENCY!!

Once a contract is written by the cooperating Realtor agent, we will negotiate the contract on your behalf until an agreement is reached. After the paperwork has been signed and earnest money exchanges hands, we will hand it over to your attorney for closing.
The fee for our Mini-Full Service Plan is $750.00 plus a buyer broker fee due at closing. Remember, if you sell your home to your own buyer you pay no buyer broker fee!
